Thursday Morning Commute

Thursday morning on i90 is looking pretty nice again and best of all the wind isn't as bad today either. There are some clouds to the West that look like could produce some rain today but no problems driving. Over by Houston, MN / HWY 76 -- Exit 257 on i90 there was a boom truck doing something in the ditch (see picture below). Can't quite figure out what they were doing.
