My drive in was pretty uneventful this morning. In fact I didn't take any new pictures. Now that it's summer I probably won't post as much unless I really see something that is worth passing along like an accident, flood or other bad weather. I did see something awfully peculiar today though and just wish I had had my camera ready to snap a picture of it. It was a full size conversion van but installed in one of the back rear windows was what looked to be a window air conditioner. I guess it's kind of genius if you think about it but it got me wondering how one could possibly power such a large appliance in a car. If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them. As always drive safe.

Vacation time is over and it's back to the daily grind for me so back to more pictures from my i90 commute. It was a beautiful drive into Rochester this morning. Everybody drive safe.

It's a beautiful day once again here in the Midwest. Been nice to be able to open the windows and turn off the air the last few nights. Always makes me sleep better that way for some reason (except during allergy season that is). No new pictures for road conditions but the drive in was pretty uneventful. Drive safe.

Just talked to my wife and she passed along this picture of water flooding the roads in La Crosse. Look like the storm drains backed up but I haven't heard anything official. Try to avoid Losey Blvd/HWY 16 if you can. She was trying to get there from Cass street and said things are a mess. Not only is there water on the roads but there is also a motorcycle convention thing going on in the city this weekend as well. Please drive safe.
We've almost made it to another weekend. The sky was still dry when I left La Crosse, WI this morning but I did run into the rain on my way into work. It looks like it's moving East so it will probably hit everywhere along i90 today. Stay dry and drive safe.
