Friday Morning Commute

Friday morning and we did get some rain last night. From the looks of the forecast we'll have rain every day for the next week or longer. Already feels like we haven't seen much of the sun for a while. At least I got to see some blue sky right away this morning. As I drove further down i90 towards Rochester it got more and more cloudy again though so it was short lived. The good news is my allergies seem to be mostly gone. There were a few extra police officers out on i90 in Wisconsin this morning. As always drive safely.

Tuesday Morning Commute

Always nice to have these long weekends but now it's back to work. After things had warmed up the last couple days it's a bit cooler again this morning. Don't think it's suppose to rain but we do have some clouds to look at. As always drive safe.

Thursday Morning Commute

Nothing but clear sky and dry roads on may way into work on i90 this morning. As always drive safe and enjoy the sunshine (suppose to rain the next few days).

Tuesday Morning Commute

Well I made my way over to Rochester, MN leaving La Crosse, WI around 9:30 this morning. i90 were in better shape then I thought it would be and was great on the Wisconsin side of the border. Once I got up the hill to around the Nodine, MN / HWY 12 -- Exit 266, things got really foggy and there was visible patches of ice in spots especially in the passing lane. The fog started lifting around Rushford, MN -- HWY 43 S -- Exit 249 though and from there on the roads were mostly just wet. HWY 52 coming into Rochester was in good shape as well. We'll have to keep an eye on things today though as those wet roads could freeze up for the drive home. Drive safe.
